Level-Sensor Analyser

Level sensors for chemical baths can be analysed with our Level-Sensor Analyser. The Level-Sensor Analyser works with an alternating voltage so that no electrolysis can take place in the chemicals.
In contrast to standard Level-Sensor Analyser, our device has been specially developed to provide input signals for a SPS or similar. For this reason, a relay was deliberately omitted from the output circuitry and an optocoupler was installed instead. These components are wear-free and can switch low currents safely.

Two channels are available, which can be galvanically isolated from the supply voltage and operate in inverse or non-inverse mode as required.
The housing is designed to be simply snapped onto a top-hat rail.
The input sensitivity can optionally be adjusted using a 10-turn spindle potentiometer.
